Terms and Conditions

For these general conditions, “Member” refers to the person who has contracted any service offered by any franchisee of the Reset Room brand (hereinafter “Reset Room”), aimed at using the facilities included in its centres. The various centres where Reset Room offers its high-intensity training services will be called “Studio” or “Studios”.

1. Registration for Reset Room studios

1.1 General Conditions and Registration Conditions

The Member, guest and/or specific user who registers, uses and/or accesses any Reset Room Studios acknowledges and accepts these General Conditions, including data protection and privacy terms, and any particular conditions for some Studios or modalities (the “Contract”).

The Member may only access the Studio facilities where they signed the Contract and must accept any specific conditions, as prices and sessions may vary and incur extra charges, which the Member must check beforehand. The Member accepts that Studio management may set or change registration limits.

1.2 Age Limit

Registration and access to Reset Room activities are only for users over 16 years old. Registration, access, or use by minors under 16 is unauthorized and violates terms. By using Reset Room services or domain, the Member confirms they are over 16 and agree to these General Conditions. Minors 16-17 may register and use the domain only with parental or legal guardian consent. Non-compliance is subject to clause 6.5.

1.3 Payment of Memberships

Memberships must be paid by credit/debit card or direct debit. The Member authorizes Reset Room to debit charges and collect agreed amounts via the chosen payment method monthly until cancellation or Contract termination.

The Member agrees to follow payment terms in these General Conditions and registration conditions, must keep payments current regardless of Studio use or personal changes.

Sessions and memberships are non-refundable and expiration dates cannot be extended, except as per clause 6.3 for force majeure. Members should check session package expiration before purchase.

2. Access to Reset Room studios

2.1 Physical Conditions of Members, Guests and/or Specific Users

The Member, guest, and/or specific user declare they are in good physical condition without illnesses or reasons contraindicating physical exercise or sport.

2.2 Suspension of the Right of Access

Studio staff may suspend access rights to Reset Room Studios temporarily or permanently for breaches of these General Conditions, registration conditions, internal rules, or staff instructions. Reset Room reserves the right to deny admission without explanation.

3. Use of the service

3.1 Rules of Conduct

Members, guests, and specific users agree to these Reset Room Studio rules:

Sessions are personal, non-transferable unless authorized;
Equipment must be stored after class;
Always stop treadmills before stepping off;
No dumbbells or similar on treadmills;
Bring a towel for classes; Reset Room does not provide towels;
Follow instructor and safety instructions;
Be cautious around others and use equipment properly;
Be aware floors may be slippery from sweat;
Report any injuries to the instructor before class.

3.2 Reservations and Cancellations of Reset Room Sessions

To attend Reset Room sessions, pre-booking is required and you must arrive ready before the first bell; otherwise, your spot may be given to a waiting Member without refund.

Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours in advance via the online system; late cancellations forfeit the session without refund. Unlimited credit Members may incur additional charges per late cancellation policy.

These rules apply to all Members and guests regardless of rate type or package.

3.3 Lockers and Personal Belongings

Locker use follows this clause and staff instructions.

Changing rooms are unsupervised; do not leave valuables. Reset Room and staff are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of items anywhere in the facilities.

Locker use is only for session duration; leaving belongings after session end is prohibited. Abandoned items may be removed and stored up to 5 days, then discarded without compensation.

4. Mobile services

Reset Room may offer mobile features such as (i) booking and purchasing services; (ii) receiving and replying to messages; (iii) accessing Reset Room; and (iv) other app functions (“Mobile Services”).

Mobile Services are free, but data and messaging charges from your operator may apply. Check for any restrictions on downloading or using these services.

By using Mobile Services, you consent to Reset Room and affiliates contacting you via SMS, MMS, or other electronic means and sharing related usage information.

5. Conditions applicable to changes

5.1 Rates and Price Changes

Members, guests, and users accept Reset Room’s varied rates and its right to change them unilaterally. If Reset Room ends the contract due to misuse, no refunds apply.

Rate changes will be communicated via Studio reception or email. Prices may be revised separately for different services or supplements. Studios may create new rates or modalities without affecting existing Members. Facility improvements may justify monthly fee increases.

5.2 Changes and Termination of Conditions and Services

Studio management may unilaterally: (i) modify, remove, or add services or terms by updating the website; continued use means acceptance; (ii) close or suspend services temporarily for maintenance or uncontrollable causes without affecting Member commitments, who may terminate the Contract per section 6.2. Conditions end if the Studio lease ends.

6. Suspension and termination

6.1 Membership Suspension

Members may request temporary suspension of monthly subscriptions for health or travel reasons preventing use for over one month. Requests must be written with proof (medical certificate, work transfer, travel documents) sent to the Studio email. Reset Room may approve or deny at its discretion and set effective dates without retroactive effect. Additional fees may apply.

During suspension, access is disabled and fees paused. Subscriptions resume automatically after suspension.

Suspension periods do not count toward mandatory commitment periods, which are extended accordingly.

6.2 Termination by Decision of the Member

Member termination conditions vary by modality:

Indefinite without commitment: terminate anytime with 30 days’ email notice; cancellation effective next month.

Indefinite with commitment: cannot terminate until commitment ends; must pay all fees unless force majeure (clause 6.3). After commitment, terminate with 30 days’ notice.

Fixed-term with commitment: prepaid fees for commitment period; cannot terminate early except force majeure. After commitment, terminate with notice before the 15th of the month; otherwise, cancellation applies next month.

6.3 Force Majeure

Force majeure includes:

Relocation over 30 km from registered Studio;
Illness, injury, or health issue preventing safe participation for a period equal or longer than the commitment.

In these cases and applicable modalities, Members may terminate early with proof (medical or relocation documents). Termination is effective the month after request receipt if documents are valid.

6.4 Notifications

All notifications in clauses 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 must be sent to the Studio’s email. Verbal or other means are insufficient and do not relieve payment or contractual obligations.

6.5 Termination by Decision of Reset Room

Reset Room may expel Members, guests, or users and terminate contracts immediately if:

They seriously or repeatedly violate terms, rules, or staff instructions, leading to temporary or permanent expulsion and loss of membership rights.
Payments are overdue by more than 3 days, making all amounts due immediately.
Fraudulent or false information is provided.

Termination is automatic without notice or refund. Financial obligations remain. Reset Room may also cancel web access without notice, causing data loss.

6.6 Survival of Certain Provisions

Provisions that by nature must continue after termination, like ownership, legal notices, indemnities, and liability limits, remain binding until fulfilled.

7. Delimitation of Responsibilities

  • By attending Reset Room classes, events, or using facilities, Members, guests, and users acknowledge inherent risks of intense training. Participation is voluntary.
  • Medical examination before starting is strongly recommended. Despite precautions, risks remain, including minor injuries (scratches, sprains), serious injuries (eye, joint, heart issues), or catastrophic injuries (paralysis, death).
  • Participants must follow safety rules and instructions. By participating, they release Reset Room and affiliates from liability to the fullest legal extent.
  • Participants declare no health conditions preventing safe exercise and acknowledge risks if disabled or chronically ill, recommending against participation.

8. Third-Party Domains

Our domain may link to third-party sites not owned or controlled by Reset Room. Reset Room is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or services. We recommend reading their terms and privacy policies.

9. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Reset Room’s trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Duration and Validity

These terms remain effective while Members, guests, or users use Reset Room services or have contracts, except clauses that must survive termination.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and related provisions are governed by the laws of Spain.
